Concept:

This logo was for a client that was starting a new business making custom made BBQ’s. There was no initial concept requested, however the design needed to not have too many fine lines or features since it needed to work for metal cut badges.

Process:

Starting out, the plan was to send a few different concepts to the client in order to see what sort of styles they preferred. Down below you can find some of the different variations that were first sent out.

After a bit of back and forth, I worked on a new design which reflected more of a connection to ‘bbq’ and ‘beer’ together.

This brought us closer to what the client was hoping for, and now refining the details became the priority. Landing on the farthest right design as the more preferred layout wise, I took the symbol from the farthest left logo to replace the while circle.
