Background:

Over the past year or so I have had the pleasure of working with the company Under The Roof Decorating on both a contract and full time basis. For this part of my position was working on product photography and helping configure product page designs.

Concept: 

The concept for this project was to complete the assets needed for The Decorators White Toolbox’s product page. This included optimizing assets for the website, shooting a short video showcasing all included products, and staging images to display the product.

Process:

My first step in the process included sitting down with my superiors and outlining the different aspects of this project. I wanted to understand all of the pros to this product, what they hoped to gain, and what my parameters were.

Following this I began by sketching and mocking up the assets I would need, helping me determine exactly what I needed to plan and execute. I then began taking the photography and film that I needed, and completed the editing process while delivering updates and receiving feedback periodically during our timeframe.
